How do I go about finding a job at 16?

Ok, I’m 5 months pregnant and I’m tired of just sitting around the house all day so I’m trying to find a job. I’m in high school and I have good grades but I never had a job before. I’m not sure what to do. Give me suggestions but no rude comments Please.

how about you just stick to school for now. its going to be really hard to handle school and a baby let alone school baby and work. even though i think you should be working.
but if you want a job. go to different stores and restaraunts. i dont know how many will hire you since your pregnant. they may say wait until after the baby

well mabey you could start looking for a job at your local mall. they usually advertise job listings and if they don’t then just ask to talk to the manager and get yourself an aplication form/resume.
then fill out your application form/ write you resume. hand it in to the manager. then they will call you in for an interview. if they liked you at the interview then they will give you a call and tell you that you got the job.
oh and don’t be disipointed if you don’t get a job the first time you try. don’t worry there will always be some employer out there who won’t mind to take you in.
good luck with finding a job.
oh and good luck with the baby honey!!!

Good for you, taking responsibility and getting a job
I know a lot of places will pity pregnant teenagers(sorry, but it’s true) and hire them for that reason. Or some places won’t because you’ll have to leave sooner than later.
Try food places, I work at Cousins Subs and there are 2 pregnant teen girls working with me, they are very lenient on them and let them take food home for free when they’re craving and stuff, haha. Go online to a bunch of places, most people don’t have paper applications anymore. Also, you could try some places in the mall.
Good luck
