This is a company I found that seems to be really laid back and fun. The last part that states ” …Tell us about the last big fish you’ve caught…” What does that mean exactly and what do you recommend I do? I have a feeling they want a professional yet creative response from the ordinary. Please recommend!!

Is this a sales position, by any chance? It could be a euphemism about making a big sale.

Take it however you’d like. In other words, take it literally or figuratively. If they seem laid back, they are looking for something fun, creative or genuine out of you. They are trying to get an idea for your personality basically. There is no wrong answer, only boring or uninformative ones.
