I don’t know where my job developer heard this from, but she said something about how you’re less likely to be deployed if you have a college education. Sounds fishy to me. Anyways, I hope I can get brutally honest answers from you guys. I don’t wanna be fed only what I want to hear like I probably would from the recruiters.

I know the saying “You have to spend money to make money.” But here’s the problem. I am looking for a job because my husband and I are having money problems at the moment. The jobs I had in the past were they kind where I just wore a uniform. Since then I have been a housewife, with no need for dressy type clothing. I have few a seprate pieces that are ok, but none that I feel are really good enough. I live in an area where several large compaines have closed and layed off all their employee’s, jobs are scace. And getting a job here takes an act of God. ( we are military, moving is not an option.) If I spend money for clothes and dont end up finding a job, I will just put us further in debt. Should I do it anyway?
Also with my current skill levels I am probably going back to the casual dress or uniform types jobs again. I guess I should have mentioned that before.
